Who we are

What we collect

Quote requestsName, company, work email, country, estimated quantity and your message — only what you type into the form.
How you found usThe page you first landed on, the site that sent you (for example a search engine or an AI assistant) and, if you came from an ad, the ad click ID and campaign tags. We only keep this across pages if you accept it in the cookie notice.
Technical dataThe country your request came from, taken from your connection. We do not store your IP address.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell or rent your data.

Why we use it

To answer your requestSend you a chip spec, artwork layout or quote, and follow up on the project.
To see which channels workCount which sources (search, ads, AI assistants) bring inquiries, so we know where to spend on marketing.
To keep the form free of spamA verification check by Cloudflare Turnstile runs when you send the form.

Our legal basis is your request itself (steps before a contract) and our legitimate interest in running and improving our sales channels. For the "how you found us" record kept in your browser, the basis is your consent.

Who processes it

Cloudflarehosts this site, delivers the form to our sales mailboxes, checks the form for spam and stores a copy of each request.
Our sales team and customer management systemreceive your request by email to reply and track the project.

Your data may be processed in China and in other countries where these providers run their services.

Your browser storage

If you accept, we save one record called src_first_touch in your browser's local storage. It holds the landing page, the referring site and any ad or campaign tags from your first visit, so the source is still known if you send the form a few pages later. It stays until you clear your browser data. If you decline, nothing is saved and only the page you are on is sent with the form. We also save your accept or decline choice so the notice does not appear on every page.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we are discussing or running a project with you, and as records of our business contacts after that. Ask us and we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop using it for channel counting. Email [email protected] and we reply within one month. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
