What is your minimum order quantity?
5,000 pcs for standard chips and 10,000 pcs for custom chips.
Can I mix denominations in one order?
Yes. Mixed denominations are allowed within one order.
How long does production take?
15–30 days, depending on quantity and finish. Before mass production we send a sample stack for you to test on your own system.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign an NDA before you share designs, and we make chips under your logo only.
What else does your plant make?
Casino chips are one of four product lines. The same plant runs OEM and ODM projects for electronic dartboards, small appliances (robot vacuums, aroma diffusers and pet feeders) and lifestyle goods (kitchenware, plastic tableware and children's products). See who makes your chips.
Are RFID chips encoded before shipping?
No. Every chip leaves our plant with a unique ID and no value. The casino writes denomination and casino code on site, so a chip stolen in transit is worthless.
Will your RFID chips work with my table system?
Every table system reads chips its own way. We adapt the chip to your system, can supply a full compatibility test report, and send a sample stack for you to test on your own reader before mass production.
Can I use my own RFID inlays and labels?
Yes. You can buy the chip body only, add our RFID inlay, add labels too, or go turnkey with a compatibility test report. See body only or turnkey.
Can you make a size or shape that is not on your list?
Yes. Our in-house mold shop builds new molds for you.
Where are the chips made?
In our own plant in Dongguan, China: mold, molding, chip embedding, printing, testing and packing.
